Exhibition "Painting Film" - 15 March 2016

Grab a bag of popcorn and explore a century of french film in a painting exhibition by local Canberra artist Michele England. New works in acrylic and gouache explore film through the decades, from Les Vampires in 1916 through to Saint Laurent in 2015. Held in conjunction with the 2016 Alliance Francais French Film Festival this exhibition delights in the characters, locations, themes and language that is French film. Viva la cinéma.

Opening: 15 March, 7pm. Enjoy the art pieces with a glass of wine and bite of cheese. Free event.
